Why was my receipt rejected?Updated a month ago
If your receipt didn’t meet one or more of the following requirements, it may not have been approved:
The image was blurry or incomplete.
The purchase date was before 21 August 2025.
The products on the receipt weren’t Nip+Fab items.
The cost of the individual products is missing.
The receipt didn’t appear genuine.
If you believe this was an error, please contact our Customer Service team and include a clear copy of your receipt so we can take another look.
