Why is the pump not dispensing product from my serum/cleanser bottle?Updated 7 months ago

Some of our pump bottles are designed with a vacuum dispenser system, which eliminates the need for an inner tube. 

This innovative system helps maintain the potency and effectiveness of our formulas by preventing active ingredients from being exposed to air and oxidising. To ensure your product dispenses properly, here are a few steps to follow:

• Give the bottle a gentle shake.
• Tap the bottle against the palm of your hand.
• This can help release any air bubbles that may have formed at the neck of the bottle, which could be preventing the pump from dispensing the product.
