Delivery times can be affected by a variety of factors, so occasional delays may occur.

To check the status of your delivery, we recommend using the tracking link provided for the most up-to-date information.

Please keep in mind the following shipping times:

• Orders placed before 12pm (noon) Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 12pm, on a Friday, or on a public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
• We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
• Royal Mail (UK standard) deliveries can take up to 3 days, this does not include weekends.
