We can only cancel orders within 1 hour of being placed, as our warehouse team starts preparing orders very quickly.

If you need to request a cancellation, please email [email protected]as soon as possible and our team will do their best to help.

If we’re unable to cancel your order:

• You can refuse the delivery, and it will be returned to us
• Or, if the order is delivered, you can return any unwanted items for a refund, as long as the box is unopened
