Why can't I see Clearpay, Klarna or PayPal as a payment option checkout?Updated 12 days ago

If you’re not seeing Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal as payment options when you check out, don’t worry – this is usually due to how the checkout process works rather than a problem with the payment providers.

When you’re logged into your account and have a saved card, your default payment method will automatically appear at checkout. This means alternative payment options like Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal won’t be visible straight away.

To select one of these options, simply click the arrow next to “Payment Method” and choose “Alternative Payment Methods.” You’ll then be guided to confirm your shipping address, select your preferred shipping method, and continue to the payment page, where Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal will appear as available options.

If you still don’t see them after following these steps, please make sure your account details and shipping information are up to date, as some payment methods may have eligibility requirements.
