How long does it take for reward points to appear on my account?Updated 6 months ago

Your points should show up in your account around 14 days after you place your order. We do our best to make sure everything gets processed quickly, but the 14-day timeframe takes into account a few things, like order cancellations and returns, to make sure your points are accurate.  If it's been more than 14 days and you still haven't seen your points, please let us know so we can look into it further.
