Once your order has been confirmed, we’re unable to add items or change products.
In some cases, we may be able to update your shipping address or cancel your order within the first hour after it’s placed, before it begins processing in our warehouse.
If you need to request an address update or cancellation, please email [email protected] as soon as possible and our team will do their best to help.
If we’re unable to make changes or cancel your order, you can refuse the delivery, or return any unwanted, unopened items for a refund once your order arrives. For more information, please visit our Returns page.
